There are good coaches, not so good and there’s the coach who is willing to listen to anyone – after a game or off the field-time permitting.

The Coach who listens is always receptive to learning the game of baseball to its highest level and this includes listening to their players

One can see what a good Coach looks like as he or she moves among and around their players. You can see the caring, sharing their wisdom and love for the game.

I have been conversing and watching Coach Derick Wagner from Hastings, Nebraska and I was impressed. So I came up with this Polo Shirt design for all the good Coaches out there – or for those who want to become good or great Coaches.
